Refund Policy
Information about refunds and subscription management.
All purchases and subscriptions for the FocusFlame App are processed through Apple's App Store. As such, refunds and billing are managed by Apple, not directly by FocusFlame.
How to Request a Refund
If you would like to request a refund for your FocusFlame subscription or purchase, you must do so through Apple:
- Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
- Sign in with your Apple ID
- Find your FocusFlame purchase
- Select "Report a Problem" and follow the instructions
Apple will review your request and determine eligibility based on their refund policies.
Subscription Management
You can manage or cancel your FocusFlame subscription at any time through your device settings:
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone
- Tap your name at the top
- Tap Subscriptions
- Select FocusFlame
- Choose Cancel Subscription or modify your plan
If you cancel, you will continue to have access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period.
Apple's Refund Policy
Apple's refund policy varies by region and circumstance. Generally, refunds are granted at Apple's discretion and may be approved if:
- The purchase was made by mistake
- The app did not function as described
- You were charged incorrectly
