Transparency about what FocusFlame accesses and why.
FocusFlame is designed with privacy in mind. We only request permissions that are necessary for core functionality, and all optional permissions require your explicit consent.
Permissions We May Request
Notifications
Optional
Used to remind you when a focus session ends or when it's time to start your daily session.
You can use the app without enabling notifications.
Sound & Haptics
Optional
Used to provide audio feedback and haptic responses during focus sessions for a more immersive experience.
You can disable sounds and haptics in settings.
Apple Health Integration
Optional (Future Feature)
If added in the future, this would allow FocusFlame to sync mindfulness minutes with Apple Health. This feature will always be optional and require explicit permission.
Not currently implemented. Will require your permission if added.

We only collect data necessary for core functionality. Your personal information is never sold or shared with third parties.
Explicit Consent
All optional permissions require your explicit approval. You can revoke permissions at any time in your device settings.
Full Functionality Without Permissions
You can use FocusFlame's core features without granting optional permissions. The app is designed to work beautifully with or without them.
