We take children's privacy seriously and comply with applicable privacy laws, including the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) where applicable.

Information We Collect
Math Pathway is designed to minimize data collection. We only collect information necessary for the app to function properly:
Progress Data
The app stores your child's learning progress, completed lessons, scores, and achievements. This data is stored locally on your device and, if you enable iCloud, may be synced across your Apple devices using your iCloud account.
App Usage Data
We may collect basic, non-personal usage information such as which features are used and how often, to help us improve the app. This data is anonymous and cannot be used to identify individual users.
Apple Services Data
If you enable iCloud backup, your progress data is stored in your personal iCloud account managed by Apple. We do not have access to your iCloud data. Please refer to Apple's Privacy Policy for information about how Apple handles iCloud data.
What We Don't Collect
- We do not collect names, email addresses, or other personal identification information
- We do not collect location data
- We do not use tracking cookies or advertising identifiers

How We Use Information
The limited information we collect is used solely to:

- You can disable iCloud sync in your device settings to keep all data local

Math Pathway uses the following Apple services:
Apple App Store
The app is distributed through the Apple App Store. Apple may collect information about app downloads and usage according to their privacy policy.
iCloud (Optional)
If you enable iCloud, your progress data is stored in your personal iCloud account. This is entirely optional and controlled by your device settings.
We do not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.
Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information stored by the app:
- Progress data is stored securely on your device using iOS security features
- iCloud data is encrypted and protected by Apple's security measures
- We do not transmit personal data to external servers
Data Retention
Progress data is stored on your device until you delete the app or manually clear the data. If you use iCloud, data remains in your iCloud account according to your iCloud settings. You can delete all app data at any time by deleting the app from your device and removing it from iCloud if applicable.

Request information about data stored by the app
Deletion
Request deletion of all app data (can also be done by deleting the app)
Portability
Request a copy of your progress data in a portable format

International Data Transfers
Since all data is stored locally on your device or in your personal iCloud account, there are no international data transfers by us. If you use iCloud, Apple may store data in various locations according to their data storage policies.
